A Los Angeles mailing address does not always mean the property is inside LADWP territory. Confirm the exact parcel before transferring service.
Water and waste districts change across city boundaries. Electricity delivery may remain with SCE even where a community-choice provider supplies generation.
Some rural properties use a private well, septic system, or propane. A broad service-area boundary does not confirm that a main, meter, or connection exists at the property.
